Hi, I’m Aoife (pronounced Ee-fa), a Clinical Psychologist specializing in supporting adults and young people through life’s challenges. With over 8 years of experience in diverse health and mental health settings (NHS, local government, and third sector), I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and build on their strengths. I offer a personalised approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based techniques, I integrate the following modalities to provide holistic support:
