Francesca Sullivan
Integrative Counsellor
I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I tailor the way I work to fit your needs. I also offer working creatively.
I work with people experiencing many different worries including anxiety, anger, and low self-esteem.
I am a bereavement, grief and loss informed counsellor, having undergone training to enhance my knowledge of the different types of grief and loss people can experience and how best to support them.
Grief is often associated with the loss of a loved one, whereas grief can apply to every area of our lives. Anything from losing a precious item to a beloved pet. I have experienced grief and loss myself and understand these effect everyone in different ways. I understand there is no right or wrong way to process a loss and I offer a space to explore yours with you.
Our sessions are client led, meaning it is your space and time that can be used exploring whatever you wish to bring, working at a pace that is right for you.
I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I hold the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work together and I approach my work with warmth, honesty and the greatest of care. I create a trusting space, in which you feel supported, valued, and listened to.
I am an accredited registrant counsellor with the National Counselling Society.
