I am an HCPC registered Health Psychologist and BABCP accredited CBT therapist with 20 years’ experience working in the NHS in mental and physical health improvement roles.
Since qualifying as a health psychologist I have specialised in working with young people and adults with long-term health conditions – chronic pain, insomnia, diabetes, haematological
conditions, and now as lead psychologist in cardiology – in a central London NHS trust. I also worked in critical care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
