What is the process of booking a room?
All therapists are given a link to view the practice's booking calendar once their contracts have been agreed and signed.
Therapists who book block sessions will have these agreed in advance and added to the calendar. They will then be invoiced on a monthly basis.
For ad-hoc bookings, therapists can choose their preferred date/time/room slot from the times available on the practice booking calendar and make a booking online. Payments are required at the time of booking but cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance. The booking is then added to the calendar.
Can I book a room ad-hoc?
At Surrey Therapy Practice, we offer room bookings for a full day, for a block, and ad-hoc by the hour.

As we offer a range of booking possibilities, it is best to discuss your personal requirements with us directly to find an arrangement that best suits your needs.

Where can I park at the clinic?
We provide two parking spaces for therapists on site. There is lots of free local parking on the surrounding roads to the practice, so accessibility is good. Banstead Highstreet is also nearby.
What is the notice period on contracts?
We require one month's written notice for any changes or additions to a contractual regular block booking. For ad-hoc it is a 24-hour cancellation notice.
What are the covid safety measures in place?
We have a number of measures in place across the clinic to help therapists see clients face to face safely, e.g. cleaning procedures, ventilation, social distancing, appointment staggering, wearing masks, symptom screening questions.
All rooms come complete with a box of tissues, hand sanitiser, and disinfectant products, in line with the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. All contact surfaces are wipeable.
We have a clear and detailed risk assessment/management document based on the latest government guidance that is shared with all therapists to ensure consistency across practitioners using the clinic.
