I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years post-qualification experience who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.  I identify and treat psychological problems across the entire spectrum with particular expertise in depression, anxiety, trauma,  addictions and work/relationship issues.

I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and am passionate about identifying and using clients’ personal virtues in tackling psychological distress.

I am Head of Psychological Therapies at a private psychiatric practice in Surrey.  I completed clinical training in East London under the supervision of Prof Mary Boyle and have worked in a variety of NHS settings including Great Ormond St Hospital and Ealing Primary Care Trust. My Doctoral research explored the diagnosis of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and was completed at The Institute of Psychotrauma in London.
