Felicity Graham

Psychodynamic Counsellor

Hello, my name is Felicity and I’m a psychodynamic counsellor.

Choosing to start counselling may feel like a big challenge, however, many find seeking counselling support provides the opportunity to be truly heard. Counselling sessions are a time for you to explore your feelings, understand what motivates you and facilitate positive change.

My counselling approach is to work psychodynamically meaning I look for patterns of behaviour to explore and offer support in overcoming difficulties with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and loss. I'm also experienced in working with survivors of abuse, women's issues, and wellbeing.

I offer weekly, one-to-one counselling sessions each lasting 50 minutes. Counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential, compassionate, non-judgemental space to talk through any issues that may be troubling you, big or small, to help gain control over your life choices.

I welcome all questions and enquiries about starting counselling, please email me to schedule a short telephone conversation, as it's helpful to get to know a little more about what's brought you to counselling and your availability.

Qualifications and experience:
