Chloe Adjetey
Nurse and CBT Therapist
About me & my experience
I have over ten years’ experience working with children and young people across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings, including residential homes and CAMHS services. My background includes specialist work within eating disorder services, as well as delivering CBT-informed interventions for anxiety disorders and depression. I currently carry out assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, and have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
How I work
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and child centred. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where children and young people feel heard, understood, and respected. I work at the individual’s pace, adapting my approach to suit each child or young person’s developmental stage, needs, and strengths. I draw on evidence-based approaches while placing strong emphasis on care, emotional safety, and building trusting therapeutic relationships.
