Child Autism Assessments
Assessment Process
Autism assessments are carried out by a multidisciplinary team using validated tools, interviews, and observations, in line with NICE guidelines. We aim to understand your child’s strengths and challenges across different settings to inform diagnosis and support.
Our assessments take place over several weeks, depending on how quickly we can gather information from parents, schools, and other professionals.

Standardised tools may include:
-
Conners 4 (ADHD screening for parents, teachers, and young people)
-
AQ10 (Autism screening for parents)
-
ASSQ (
-
RCADS (Anxiety and depression screening)
-
ADOS
-
ADiR
Our reports are accepted by education and health services and meet NICE standards.
