I am a Chartered Doctor of Counselling Psychology with over 10 years of clinical experience in the NHS and in private practice.  I have worked in the NHS and private setting including work with corporate clients, at The Harley Street Clinic, the National Crime Agency and NHS specialist services for adult ADHD. I have also been employed to provide care as a staff counsellor. 

 

In my private practice I can help you with anxiety, health anxiety, PTSD, workplace stress, depression, anger and low self-esteem & confidence. I have an interest in personality disorder and drug and alcohol abuse. While I work with all genders, sexualities and cultures I have an interest in male-focused issues, which might include anger management and sexual identity issues.  

 

I am passionate about building trusting relationships with my clients. I use an integrative therapy model approach, meaning I can tailor the therapies I am trained in to suit your issues and needs. I have extensive experience of the following approached; person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment therapy. 

 

I am experienced at working with clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and I am committed to making you feel heard and welcomed.

  • Registered with the HCPC 

  • Registered with most insurance companies including BUPA, Vitality, AXAPPP, CIGNA and Allianz.

Charges: £120 per session
