Gazaleh Gazanfari
Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist
My name is Ghazaleh Ghazanfari, a counselling psychologist
and fully accredited psychotherapist with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and a researcher in the humanities and social sciences. I have extensive experience working therapeutically with adults across a range of settings, offering therapy for a wide range of life challenges and emotional struggles. I have worked with clients experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, and low self-esteem.

My approach is existential, helping you reflect on your values, relationships, and emotional world so you can move towards what you most deeply want. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques where they can be useful.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgemental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. My role is not to impose change, but to help you connect with your own priorities, resources, and possibilities, so you can make choices that feel authentic and meaningful to you.
I offer therapy sessions in both English and Persian (Farsi).

I work exclusively with adults (17+) who are experiencing:
-
Relationship difficulties, marriage, separation, or divorce
-
Family conflict and cultural expectations
-
Work stress, burnout, and career change
-
Stress or lack of motivation related to education or studying
-

-

-
