Stuart Olive
CBT Therapist
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I am committed to supporting individuals in improving their emotional wellbeing through evidence-based CBT within a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental environment.

I have good experience of working with a range of difficulties including depression, phobias, PTSD, low self-esteem, and anxiety-related conditions such as social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, and generalised anxiety. I also support clients in understanding the impact of earlier life experiences on their current difficulties.

My specialist interest areas are in treating OCD and health anxiety, I have attended many seminars and workshops by world-leading practitioners which allows me to keep pace with the latest research.

My approach is person-centred and goal-focused, tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will develop a shared understanding of your difficulties and work towards meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss how I may be able to support you.
