I am a Counselling Psychologist who completed my Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at London Metropolitan University in 2025.

My clinical training and practice have included work across both NHS and private services, providing psychological therapy to adults and adolescents in both face-to-face and remote settings. I have experience supporting clients presenting with a broad range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, phobias, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and personality-related difficulties.

I work integratively, drawing upon CBT, psychodynamic, person-centred, schema-focused, and systemic solution-focused approaches. My approach is formulation-led and tailored to the individual needs of each client. I place strong emphasis on developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship, providing a safe and reflective space in which clients can explore difficulties, develop insight, and work towards meaningful psychological change.

Prior to qualifying, I worked for many years as a primary teacher, and play therapist,  supporting children and adolescents within educational settings. , I delivered play therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused interventions to support emotional, behavioural, and psychological wellbeing, and have extensive experience working with children and young people, particularly those presenting with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and learning difficulties. In school settings.

Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our dog, and exploring local coffee shops.
