• ADHD Screening Session - 60 minutes 

A helpful first step if you're unsure whether a full assessment is right for you. Includes questionnaires and discussion with an ADHD specialist.

• Comprehensive ADHD Assessment - Approx. 2 hours 

Available online or face-to-face. Includes diagnostic assessment, feedback, and a detailed written report.

 

Support Services

• ADHD Coaching/Counselling Follow-Up - 60 minutes - £110ph

Ongoing support tailored to your needs.

What to Expect

Your assessment will include:

• Review of your personal, developmental, and mental health history

• ADHD questionnaires and screening tools

• Discussion of work, relationships, education, and everyday functioning

• Consideration of co-existing conditions such as anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges

• Recommendations for support, treatment, and reasonable adjustments

• Childhood evidence such as school reports can be helpful but is not always required.
