Who is this for?

What is the process?
-
ADHD Screening Session (ASRS-Based)
Our ADHD Screening Session is a focused initial appointment designed to explore whether ADHD may be contributing to your current difficulties. The session is based on a widely used and validated screening tool developed by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

During this 45–60 minute session, you will:
-
Complete the ASRS questionnaire to assess attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity symptoms.
-
Discuss your developmental history, daily functioning, and key areas of difficulty (such as concentration, organisation, restlessness, or emotional regulation).
-
Receive initial feedback on whether your presentation is consistent with ADHD traits.
-
Be advised on next steps, which may include a comprehensive diagnostic assessment with a clinical psychologist if ADHD is indicated.
Please note that the screening session is not a formal diagnosis, but it provides valuable insight and guidance on whether further assessment is recommended.
