ADHD Screening Session - 60 minutes - £125
A helpful first step if you're unsure whether a full assessment is right for you. Includes questionnaires and discussion with an ADHD specialist.

Comprehensive ADHD Assessment - Approx. 2 hours - £1,000
Available online or face-to-face. Includes diagnostic assessment, feedback, and a detailed written report.

ADHD Coaching/Counselling Follow-Up - 60 minutes - £110
Ongoing support tailored to your needs.

What to Expect
Your assessment will include:

Review of your personal, developmental, and mental health history

ADHD questionnaires and screening tools

Discussion of work, relationships, education, and everyday functioning

Consideration of co-existing conditions such as anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges

Recommendations for support, treatment, and reasonable adjustments

Childhood evidence such as school reports can be helpful but is not always required.

Dr. Lowing provides thorough, compassionate, neuro-affirmative assessments, helping clients gain clarity, validation, and practical recommendations for moving forward.
