Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to try to treat conditions or change habits.
A hypnotherapist will lead you into a deeply relaxed state and use your agreed methods to help you towards your goals. They will then gradually bring you out of the trance.
Hypnotherapy is also used to treat negative behaviours that could be worsening a person’s depression. These behaviours may include smoking and poor eating and sleeping habits.
