Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic Therapy enables you to explore the potential historical causes for your problematic thoughts, feelings and behaviours.  

 

It then helps you break unhelpful patterns by offering you a safe and secure space in which to try out new ways of being. It is typically a medium to long-term (6 months to 1 year or more) form of therapy.
